본 과목은 반도체 소자인 다이오드와 트랜지스터의 기본 원리로 부터 시작해서 전자회로를 분석할 수 있는 지식을 습득하도록 한다. 특히, 디지털 시스템을 구성하는 논리소자가 어떻게 전자회로로 구현되는 지를 분석하여, 실제로 시스템의 전기적인 특성에 대하여 바른 이해를 도모할 수 있을 것이다. SPICE를 이용한 시뮬레이션 및 실제 부품을 브레드보드에 구성하여 측정하는 실습을 통하여 응용 능력을 넓히도록 한다
교과목해설(영문)
This course covers the knowledge from basic theory of diode and transistor device to analysis electronic systems. Students understand the electric system characteristics from the analysis the digital logic device using the electronic circuits. Simulation with SPICE and Experiment with board will be the widen the field application ability.
